Henry Macfarlan- Assignment 13

In kentucky, before getting an abortion, a woman must seek counseling and wait at least 24 hours before they can continue with the procedure.  This is because women are unable to make decisions on their own.  Because of this, i propose we take it a step farther, with new legislation.  This legislation, would prohibit women from making any decision, at all without first seeking counseling.  They are unable to make their own decisions, even though they are fully grown adults with equal cognitive ability to that of their male counterpart.  We should continue the thousand year old tradition, of not allowing women to make their own decision or be independent.  This bill would allow women to return to the role they so much need to be in, subservient to men.
