What's the one thing that could ruin absolutely anyone's day? Homeless people. Nobody wants to see these eye-sores anymore. We're all tired of seeing the "Anything helps" sign as we pretend to dig for change we know we won't give away. Politicians must take action. Hopefully this reccomendation can reach our government and solve this problem once and for all. Every year on August 2nd, there will be a national purge. All those suffering from the disease that is homelessness will be hunted. They will be given a 30 minute grace period to get their affairs in order and to attempt to hide. Then, any of us who have been personally subjected to the mental torture that is seeing dirty people on the side of the street can gather our weapons and take our anger out. This annual cleansing will reduce poverty rates significantly, as well as increase the average person's day-to-day happiness.
