Due to the easy-to-break nature of the bike desks, the person I next to in English varies from day to day. However, most of the time I sit next to Claire Telfer. I met Claire back in some summer before high school at a tennis camp. I always found her to be super friendly and funny. I know she takes photography with Mr. Bolander so we talk about our classes sometimes. I associate Claire with the color yellow, she is always so happy and nice. In 5 years she will probably still be in school, persuing some sort of higher education. We are in STEM club together, so I'm sure she has big plans for her future career.
On the other side, I usually sit next to Usha Adhikari. I have had classes with Usha since 7th grade, she is very straightforward and honest. We share a lot of common interests, we are generally in the same clubs and classes. Usha is very academically driven but also is very fashion oriented. Whenever I am unsure on what to wear, I consult her first. I associate the color black with Usha because sometimes she says the most random and morbid things.
