assignment 7 -henry macfarlan

On the 1st of October, 1939, the nazi's entered Warsaw, Poland.  This date was the culmination of a month long siege.  This was a terrible event, as this would lead to the start of world war II and in turn the death of millions and the physical and economic destabilization of Europe.  This event influenced the entire world as it forced everyone to participate in one way or another in a massive war that would cover the entire globe.  Not only did this was kill millions and destroy billions of dollars worth of property in Europe, but it also inevitably lead to the cold war and many pseudo wars that would be fronted by the united states and the Soviet union.  Thus as a result this day lead to the destabilization of not only Europe but many other parts of the world, and continues to effect us today.  I loath this event, it lead to millions of deaths and caused economic recession around the world.
