Assignment 7- Connor Haney

The date I have chosen is September 17.

On September 19th, 1920, The National Football League was organized as the American Professional Football Association. This took place in Canton, Ohio. This was definitely a good thing as it provided entertainment to the masses in the U.S.A. This definitely has affected me in a positive way through keeping me not bored on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays. As a nation, it provided the U.S.A. with a new source of entertainment that would eventually become a huge tradition in American society. As an individual, I most definitely appreciate the formation of the eventual NFL as it gives me a source of recreation through both watching the games and playing Fantasy Football.
