Connor Haney Assignment 25

Over the course of the past two weeks, there have been multiple stress relief activities that I have utilized. The primary activity that I used was sleep. As counterproductive as it sounds, I would sleep in order to just get rid of all the stressed feelings that I had and all the tiredness that I had over the course of the past two weeks. I would study for a couple of hours at a time and then sleep for about 20-30 minutes. Another thing that I did over the course of the past two weeks was actually using effective time management. I couldn't believe that it actually worked! This was the first time during the year that I had effectively managed my time to study for all 3 of my AP tests and finals. I would spend a couple of hours a night studying each topic which completely prepared me for each of my AP tests. The last thing I did to relieve stress was eat. As a big boy, I need food, and stress did not help that at all. It honestly was not effective to me because I would always just waste time by eating a lot of food. However, the first two methods stated were very effective and they will probably be used a lot as I progress through high school, college, and in the real world.
