Assignment 25: Dylan Ruddy
I try to never be consciously stressed. If I do become stressed I try to think about how much I have prepared for a test, being in class, studying, etc. I also think about other much more stressful situations that I have handled and lived through. This helps me reach a realization that everything is going to be fine I just have to completely the task or test, try my beast and move on. To worry about things you can not change is useless and a waste of time and energy. I also try to take things one at a time, completing a small task, or breaking a large task into smaller ones that I can accomplish. To keep track of everything I put every odd little thing that I remember to do but can't at the moment onto my reminders app so that if I am ever bored or feel like I am forgetting something I can just check real quick and do the things that I have tome to do so that I can always stay relatively productive.
