assignment 25 philip allison

Through my three years in high school, I have found that stress is not a big impact on me and my performances. The reason for this might be busyness of my week, which keeps my mind distracted I think. My advice is to work hard, study, but also attend sports practices as I have done. I usually have two practices a week for a couple of hours and then games on some weekends. After these games on the weekends, I recommend not doing any homework on Friday or Saturday, and just do whatever you want to. If all you do is study, this will become monotonous, boring, and add to the stress in my opinion. Lastly, I think the best way to get rid of stress about something is to just do it. Dive in to the homework and study hard when you can. Make sure to take frequent breaks so your mind doesn't get too frazzled.
