Assignment 24: Caden Reynolds

From the time I began high school, I have always heard that your junior year is the hardest year because you are swamped with homework, ACTs, tests, AP tests, and whatnot. I, however, did not think this year was as hard as I expected. No, I haven't done great, but I have not been putting in as much effort as I could because I am already starting to feel the so called "junioritis". I am overall satisfied with my grades this year, my GPA (hopefully) will go up by the end of the year. I would consider my work ethic a failure this year, and I wish I had worked harder and didn't procrastinate on everything. This summer will be very busy and filled with good times. I am not getting a job this summer, however, I will continue mowing 3-4 yards and getting some cash that way. In June I will be traveling to different cities playing in different lacrosse tournaments and showcases. In July, I will be traveling to the Dominican Republic and working with an impoverished city teaching them about that importance of sports and creating a sports camp for that community. Hopefully it will be a lot of fun and hopefully I can improve my Spanish while I'm there. For my senior year, hope to know where I am going to college as soon as I can, while not rushing anything, so that my senior year can be less stressful. And lastly, I hope to not do horribly in AP chem, since that is my main difficult class for next year.
