Assignment 17- Caroline Couch

Over winter break i went to see the infamous La La Land with my friend Ruby, and how she left the movie theater in tears and with a heavy heart i left feeling well rested... I thought that the story was cute along with the actor ;) But the plot and story line was underdeveloped and almost at some times boring. I do get when people say that it was a sweet movie but I diagreee when they say that it was well cast, I did very much enjoy Ryan Gosling but if i was the casting director I would have cast people that specialized in singing and dancing or used someone else's voices and still cast Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. I was quite dissapoined when i went to see it, I was expecting the movie that all critics were raving about and my friend Ruby was super excited about. I wanted to love it as much as she did but I didn't and that made me upset ultimately. I would have given it a 72% on Rotten tomatoes and like 3.75 stars out of 5 on fandango.
