Assignment 1- Quinn Andrews

Hi! My name is Quinn Andrews and I'm absolute rubbish at introducing myself. I'm socially competent enough to not embarrass myself on a daily basis and to have a couple friends. Sadly, I'm also awkward enough I will completely, truly embarrass myself trying to meet new people in real life. So, to everyone online- Hi!

Academically, I would like to pass all my AP tests. My personal goal this year is connected to my academic one. I would like to not die from stress. Yay 5 AP classes!!!! Hopefully I manage.

If I could have a super power it would be teleportation. The ability to instantaneously move from place to place could get me out of danger, keep me out of traffic, and I'd never have to pay for plane tickets.

The most amazing thing I did this summer was I spent a week at Michigan State University for an engineering camp. We were in the dorms and all the people were so nice. I learned a lot about the different subcategories in engineering and got to see their labs. We also learned more about applications and scholarships.

I love dancing and archery. I'm on the schools archery team. I love to read, especially fantasy books. My favorite series is Harry Potter (big surprise) and my favorite classic is The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I love crime shows on tv, especially Criminal Minds, though I just finished the tenth season so I'm a little show deprived. I also bake a lot. It's a way to cope with stress. I love making apple cider cupcakes in the fall and pink lemonade cupcakes in the spring.
