Good and evil defiantly exist in this world, they are more then just descriptors, they are the epitome of their respective positive and negative energies that flow through the universe.  When a person goes through the universe they give off these energies through not only what they physically say or do but what they project onto the world.  By finding the wallet, Kleppinger sent out a positive energy.  There is no definitive way to characterize what type of energy, a positive or negative, a good or evil, because the universe is not that simple.  Nothing is just black and white, a person who keeps the wallet is not inherently evil or even doing and evil deed.  Their motivations may have been just for keeping the wallet.  It is to simple to say that people can act purely in evil or in the name of good.  The universe is full of grey space, and only it can judge what is good and what is evil.
